Bobby D first started in the food service industry at Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club on Cape Cod and The Sea Grille on Nantucket Island, where he learned a guiding principle that would shape his future success – never compromise quality of service for any reason, especially for quick financial gain! A native of Jamaica, Bobby D earned his stripes in some of the country’s most well respected restaurants. After coming to the United States, Bobby D entered the demanding field of the restaurant industry where he excelled from a dish washer, to Executive Chef, then to General Manager. In 2015 Bobby D started Chef Bobby D Catering LLC . Bobby D's attention to detail and pursuit of excellence has resulted in his award winning reputation for serving exceptional cuisine. To this end, it is his pledge to continue offering world-class quality services to every customer.
