Imagination flying, innovative STEM challenges and introduction to aviation careers are among the activities of The Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum, located at Martin State Airport in Middle River, MD. Open Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30am to 3:30pm. Explore indoor exhibit galleries featuring the Glenn L. Martin Company, Rosie the Riveters, Maryland Air National Guard, Maryland Astronauts and other aviation themes. Visit the outdoor flight line of 15 aircraft. Attend Family Fun Days for all ages, Open Cockpit Days, Robotics and STEM themed workshops, and programs that highlight aviation in Maryland. Close out each year with a visit to the Holiday Plane and Train Garden. For teachers and youth group leaders, field trip experiences offer support of STEM and history curriculum and are available 7 days a week. Fee information on website.
