2025 Maryland Community Band Day

The Hunt Valley Wind Ensemble, in partnership with Baltimore County Recreation and Parks, is proud to present Maryland Community Band Day 2025, a free, family-friendly festival celebrating the vibrant community band scene across the state.

Set for Saturday, July 19, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at scenic Oregon Ridge Park, this annual event brings together seven community bands from across Maryland for a full day of live music, camaraderie, and outdoor fun.

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and settle in for a day of great music under the summer sky. Local food trucks will be on-site with delicious offerings throughout the day. In case of inclement weather, performances will move to the indoor lodge at the park.

2:00 PM – Chesapeake Concert Band
3:00 PM – Maryland Military Band
4:00 PM – Rockville Concert Band
