This collaboration will help families navigate the often complicated process of signing up for government-granted health insurance and benefits, all while they wait for their laundry.

Fill out a short, confidential health survey with a Fabric Health team member. Services include re-certifying Medicaid, applying for public benefits like SNAP, and care coordination.
