Councilman Julian Jones’ 13th Annual Community Festival

Councilman Julian E. Jones Jr.’s 13th Annual Community Festival is a vibrant celebration of family, culture, and community, taking place on Saturday, August 23rd from 1 PM to 7 PM at Northwest Regional Park, 4515 Deer Park Road in Owings Mills. This free event offers something for everyone including live music, a Children’s Corner, games, food, and a full day of entertainment. Residents from across the area are invited to bring their blankets, lawn chairs, and appetites to enjoy an afternoon of fun and connection in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
