CASSIE PATON • Trained by internationally respected yogis Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman, Cassie (RYT-500) specializes in beginner-friendly asana that makes the practice both accessible and deeply rewarding. Her teaching blends fundamentals, hatha, and vinyasa flow with an emphasis on use of props, proper alignment, and cultivating curiosity over perfection.
