NorthBay Live! in the Park

NorthBay, a nonprofit organization based in North East, Maryland, dedicated to outdoor education for public school students, invites the community to “NorthBay Live! in the Park.” This free, family-friendly event will bring environmental science and entertainment to life in the heart of Baltimore.

“NorthBay Live! in the Park” offers a hands-on experience where families can engage with native wildlife, join NorthBay educators in exploring the natural world and participate in activities like propagating, harvesting and tasting herbs and fruits at a mobile aquaponic garden. Attendees will also learn about Rising Tide Farm at NorthBay and its impact on sustainable agriculture.

The event will feature music from 17-year-old Baltimore-based DJ Saucegod and NorthBay’s own band, Influence, playing a variety of popular music. Alongside the music, attendees can enjoy food, giveaways and a range of interactive games and team-building activities designed to engage students and families.
