Santa Flies in to Middle River

pTis the season for smiles, joys and traditions and they are being launched on Thanksgiving weekend in Middle River, Maryland. Santa arrives by air via Brett Aviation, weather permitting, on Saturday, November 30 at 11am at Martin State Airport, 701 Wilson Point Road. Dress warm for this outdoor free event of The Glenn L. Martin Maryland Aviation Museum. Airport parking is limited but additional parking is available along sections of Wilson Point Road. Parents should allow time for parking and walking a distance to the Santa arrival site inside the Airport’s Gate at the top of the Control Tower hill. After Santa arrives, he will then be driven to the Museum’s free Holiday Plane & Train Garden at 2323 Eastern Blvd where he will take part in the Garden’s 11:30am opening ceremony and then have an indoor greet and meet with the children until 3pm. Admission to the Holiday Plane and Train Garden is free. Donations are always appreciated. A photo ID is required for visitors over 18 years old for entry into the Garden building.
