Savasana & Sound

Join us for an evening of intention setting, slow and restorative yoga, and a closing sound bath. We’ll flow through a gentle practice designed for all levels and all bodies, easing into a deep, extended savasana held in waves of healing sound. Please bring your own mat, blanket, and any props you enjoy in your practice (blocks and straps are welcome). We will also have some mats available to borrow if needed.
