Towson University’s Community Dance program is offering a unique set of free weekly dance classes specifically aimed for people with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers. This class is informed by the Dance for PD® model and incorporates movement practices that support balance, coordination, mobility, creativity, and self-expression through dance. Participants will explore elements of dance including rhythm, musicality, and guided movement in a welcoming and supportive environment. No prior dance experience is required.
